2011年8月31日から9月6日までオーストリア・リンツ市で開催された世界最大のメディアアートの祭典「アルスエレクトロニカ」で、弊社デザインエンジニアの山本雄平がIAMAS時代の友人・菅野創氏と共に開発したキット「テクノフォン」を使ったワークショップを行いました。
テクノフォンは身の回りにある様々な電気製品の光や電磁波を"音"として聞くことができるツールです。ワークショップや今年のアルスエレクトロニカの様子は、イメージソースのオフィシャルFacebookページからご覧頂けます。

Our design engineer Yuhei Yamamoto held a workshop with his old friend from IAMAS, So Kanno at ARS Electronica in Linz, Austria from 31st August until 6th September 2011. They featured the "Technophone" they have developed, which is a tool to allow you to listen to the sound of radio waves or the light of electronic products around you.

2011年9月21日にフルアルバム「relight」をリリースする日本のロックバンドandropが、アルバムに収録されているニューシングル「Bright Siren」のPVを公開しました。250台のカメラを使用したこのPVの制作において、イメージソースはカメラをコントロールする仕組みとプログラムを担当しています。

The new J-POP band, androp released a music video for their new single "Bright Siren" from their first album "relight" coming out this September. 250 cameras were used to make this video and IMG SRC was in charge of the way to control all the cameras and the program.
