IMG SRC PROTOTYPES is a practical and experimental place to keep with consciously incorporate prototyping. In prototype "HOLOTAMA" announced in August 2017, HoloLens and the original controller enable a new interface and audio visual experience.
This time prototyping as an anchor that explores the characteristics of HoloLens, such as sounds, images, interactions, and sets future direction. While touching HoloLens, it was challenge that a small viewing angle and few kinds of interactions.
Things that I tried this time based on those
"Expression method to compensate for the smallness of the viewing angle, such as spreading the visible region and focusing the gaze with distance"
"Add your own interaction other than official by creating your own controller"
What we made as a condition to create a spherical controller
"Do not use position tracking (to make a difference with VR device)"
"Do not use the button (to explore the experimental interface)"
